Dr. Kamarulzaman – Sports Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr. Kamarulzaman is a dedicated Sports Orthopaedic Surgeon with extensive experience in treating sports-related injuries involving the knees, ankles, elbows, and shoulders through both non-operative and arthroscopic procedures. Since 2014, he has served as the Head of the Sports Surgery Unit at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (HTAR), Klang, where he also manages shoulder, hip, and knee conditions in geriatric patients.

Driven by his passion for sports medicine, he has completed numerous local and international orthopaedic training programs and fellowships in countries including the Philippines, Korea, and Germany. Alongside his clinical work, he is actively involved in orthopaedic education, mentoring young doctors, coordinating national training programs, and serving as an examiner for orthopaedic assessments. He has also contributed to several international medical journal publications.
